I just want to thank you for being so terrific about the rooms for
Jenny's wedding. Everyone really enjoyed your b&b. One couple in particular
had stayed a number of times elsewhere (shall be nameless) and said that
Hampton Terrace was far superior and were so pleased to have found it.
Thanks again.
SUNOL, BONNER'S MOST EXPENSIVE HORSE There are thousands of well-to-do men in the country, enthusiastic road riders, who have been trying for years to get a horse who could show them a mile in 2:20. They have spent money and time in pursuit of this object, and when one of them has been successful he has looked upon his horse as the greatest pleasure on earth. He has walked proudly among his fellow creatures, and words have failed to describe his happiness. A 2:20 road horse is so rare as to represent a small fortune. Mr. Bonner is a man to be envied. In his town stable he has 10 2:20 fliers, and at his farm in Tarrytown he has a score or more, which either have beaten 2:20 or give promise of doing so at an early day. His marvelous collection of trotters certainly makes him the foremost road-rider of this, or any other age.
