Room Rates
Rates include breakfast and all amenities. State and local taxes of 9.7% are additional. There are no hidden charges or mandatory gratuities. The room is cleaned daily and towels changed.

Rates are based on two person occupancy. Additional persons per room are $25.00. A rollaway bed is available at no additional cost. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Stays
We adhere strictly to a 3-night minimum stay on weekends during the July and August "Tanglewood Season" and several holiday weekends. 2-night minimum on all other weekends. We have no minimums mid-week, except occasionally when Tanglewood is hosting a large mid-week event. We are closed during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Deposits
Deposits are required to confirm your stay. Deposits are calculated at one night's charge (including tax) in advance, or one/half of your total stay, whichever is larger. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept most major credit cards for deposit, or personal check if received within 7 days.

Checks
Only accepted if backed by a major credit card.

Cancellation
Deposits are 85% refundable with 7 days' notice - or, we will issue a 100% credit of the deposit toward a rescheduled visit. Cancellations within 7 days result in the same options if we can rebook your room. No-shows, or early check-outs will be charged for the full stay.

Check-in
Between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Late arrival is fine if pre-arranged. Check-out is 11 a.m.

Other Policies
We are pleased to welcome well-behaved children 10 and older. No pets. No smoking inside the inn, please.
